Arwyn Cullen
SPECIALIZES IN NEURODIVERGENT AND LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITIES
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without the mask or the pressure to be someone you’re not.
I offer a secular, safe, compassionate, and affirming space for children, teens, adults, and couples navigating life’s transitions, relationships, and the challenges that can come with simply trying to make sense of yourself and the world around you.
I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities, and I strive to create a space where every part of your experience is welcomed, respected, and valued.
My primary approach is person-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. I also draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, because I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, develop greater self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and work toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you.
For couples, I believe healthy relationships are built through connection, curiosity, vulnerability, and the willingness to truly understand one another. My goal is to help couples create a relationship where both people feel seen, heard, valued, and safe enough to be themselves.
Outside of the office, I’m a big believer in finding joy in the everyday. I love spending time with my friends and family, going to movies and concerts, being out in nature, and getting lost in a good book. These things remind me that healing isn’t just about working through the hard moments, it’s also about making room for connection, joy, and the things that make life feel meaningful.
I would love to take this next step with you on your healing journey. Come share your story with me, and we can work on the next chapter, together.
