Good Faith Estimate Notice

At Tx Harmony Counseling, we are committed to clear, transparent pricing for your mental health care. Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of services if you are not using insurance.

This estimate helps you understand potential expenses in advance so you can make informed decisions about your care.

If You Receive a Bill Higher Than Your Estimate

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.

Session Fees

We offer several options to meet your mental health needs and connect you with the level of care that’s right for you. All sessions are 45 minutes, and initial intake sessions are billed at the same rate.

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate): $100 - $150

LPC-Associates have completed graduate training and provide counseling under the supervision of a fully licensed clinician.

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): $125 - $175

A fully licensed professional counselor is a mental health clinician who has completed advanced graduate education, supervised clinical training, and all required state licensure exams.

We are a private-pay practice and do not directly bill insurance. Many clients choose private pay for greater flexibility, privacy, and access to care without insurance restrictions.
We are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to learn more about your benefits. We accept HSA/FSA cards, major credit cards, and cash.
